4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on BK9999. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, access multiple bonuses or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

4.4 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. BK9999 is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the user.

• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation or manipulation in connection with the Platform or any affiliated Operator;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from any part of the Platform;
• Submitting false, misleading or fabricated identity or verification documents;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity connected with the proceeds of crime;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing BK9999 staff, support agents or other users;
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers or circumvent account restrictions;
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Content from the Platform without prior written consent from BK9999.

All deposit and payment processing on BK9999 is conducted through payment methods made available by the relevant Operator at the time of the transaction. BK9999 itself does not process, hold or transmit any financial transactions.

8.1 Currency

Where an account is denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), all displayed figures — including minimum deposits, bonus amounts and withdrawal thresholds — will be shown in PKR. Currency conversion, where required, will be applied at rates determined by the relevant Operator or payment processor.

8.2 Payment Method References

8.3 Transaction Responsibility

10.1 Wagering Requirements

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Where disputes cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with BK9999 support, users may seek resolution through any competent court or tribunal of appropriate jurisdiction.

Users acknowledge that their use of the Platform is subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction and that BK9999 makes no representation that the Platform or its Content is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular country or territory.
